LendingGates is not a lender and is not responsible for any lending product advertised or offered to you, or for any credit decision made about you. No specific loan product is offered to you on this Site. Specific loan products are offered directly by a lender. Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or lending partner, or that you will receive a loan offer.
When you submit your information through a form on the Site, we share it with lenders and lending partners in our network for their consideration, based on their own policies and procedures. If we cannot find a lender for the specific loan type you requested, you agree that we may search our broader network for other lenders or lending partners who might be able to help with a different product.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to submit a request through the Site. You agree not to use the Site for any illegal or inappropriate purpose, and to comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Site.
By clicking a button to submit a request (such as "Get Started" or "Check My Rate"), you are providing your electronic signature and consenting to receive communications, disclosures, and notices from us and from any lender we share your request with, electronically. You also consent to be contacted by LendingGates and lenders or lending partners in our network at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages, even if your number is on a do-not-call list, for purposes related to your request. Consent to this contact is not a condition of any loan.
Participating lenders and lending partners may verify your Social Security number, driver's license number, or other government identification, and may review your creditworthiness through consumer reporting agencies, including Equifax, TransUnion, Experian, and others.
You agree that any information you submit through the Site is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information may disqualify your request and, depending on the circumstances, may violate applicable law.
The trademarks, graphics, designs, text, and other content on the Site are the property of LendingGates or its licensors. You may view and print pages from the Site solely for the purpose of submitting a loan request. You may not otherwise copy, distribute, or transmit content from the Site without our prior written consent.
The Site may link to, or route you to, websites and forms operated by lenders or lending partners that are not owned or controlled by LendingGates. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a lender match will be found for any particular request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LendingGates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any loan product offered by a third-party lender.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LendingGates, its officers, agents, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved on an individual basis. You and LendingGates agree not to bring or participate in any class action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.
We may modify these Terms, or suspend or discontinue the Site, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
