By submitting a request through lendinggates.com, you are asking to be connected with lenders or lending partners in our network. To do that, those lenders and lending partners — and LendingGates — need your consent to use and rely on electronic signatures, records, and disclosures ("E-Consent"). This page explains your rights when receiving electronic disclosures, notices, and information, and asks for your consent to conduct this transaction electronically.
By clicking a button that indicates your agreement to our Terms of Use (such as "Get Started" or "Check My Rate"), you acknowledge that you have received this E-Consent notice, and you consent to conduct transactions using electronic signatures, electronic disclosures, electronic records, and electronic contract documents (collectively, "Disclosures") with LendingGates and any lender or lending partner we connect you with.
This consent applies to any Disclosure related to your request, including privacy notices, adverse action notices, loan agreements, and any other document a lender is required to provide you in connection with a loan product.
You may request a paper copy of any Disclosure by contacting the relevant lender or lending partner directly, or by contacting us at contact@lendinggates.com. A lender may charge a fee for paper copies, consistent with their own policies, which they will disclose to you.
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Disclosures at any time by contacting us or the relevant lender directly. Withdrawing consent may affect your ability to receive further offers or continue an in-progress request, and any withdrawal will apply only to future Disclosures, not those already provided.
You're responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current so you can receive electronic Disclosures. Update your information by contacting us at contact@lendinggates.com.
To receive and retain electronic Disclosures, you'll need a device with internet access, a current web browser, an active email account, and the ability to save or print documents (such as PDF software).
Questions about this E-Consent can be sent to contact@lendinggates.com.
